How to use

【How to use】Rinse your mouth with an appropriate amount (approx. 10mL) for about 20 seconds, then spit it out. Adjust the amount and frequency of use per session according to your preference.

◎Use this product in addition to your daily tooth brushing.◎We recommend using it at least 30 minutes after eating.
